f1 overtaking rules
In Formula One, overtaking is allowed anywhere on the track, but there are f1 overtaking rules to prevent dangerous maneuvers. The defending driver can make one move to defend their position, but they cannot force the attacking driver off the track. Drivers cannot change direction under braking and must leave a car's width of space when defending. Additionally, if a driver goes off track while defending, they must rejoin safely and cannot gain an advantage.
