A typical training day comprises comprehensive lectures about yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, asanas, practicums, meditation, breathing, yoga nidra, and engaging discussions. At the end of each day, students can go into town to wander the night markets, which have music, shopping, cafes and restaurants, and massages. The centre of the town is only a 10-minute walk away.
