Friendly Loving Opportunities (FLO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Baltimore, Maryland make a donation and help families in need, veterans and the homeless. Your donation gives hope to others. FLO’s staff and volunteers — all unpaid — are working to provide some small relief to our homeless brothers and sisters here in the greater Baltimore area. We do this by literally going to the streets to share your donations with needy persons.
