Directions for Developing and Reclaiming with a Dip Tank
The tank comes assembled, you will just need to make sure the spicket is securely in place before using it.

Developing
Fill the tank with water up to the fill level, this is indicated on the inside of the tank.
Place your exposed screens in the dip tank and allow them to soak in the tank for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the tank and rinse any leftover unwanted emulsion from the screen.
Reclaiming

Fill the tank with a mixture of water and Ecotex Dip Tank Solution. *For the 30 Gallon Dip Tank you will need to add 3 gallons of solution to 30 gallons of water. 1 Part Dip Tank Solution is needed for 10 parts of water. There is a fill line inside the dip tank that will indicate the max fill line
Place screens in the tank and allow to soak between 1-3 minutes. Do not leave long enough for the emulsion to fall off in the dip tank. *This will reduce the lifespan of the chemical in the dip tank.
Remove screens from the dip tank and rinse off residual emulsion left on the screen, it should come off fairly easily after soaking.
*Do not allow the emulsion to break down in the dip tank. This will shorten the life of your chemical and contaminate the water.
