ASHTANGA & VINYASA FLOW
The eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga, not just the asana practice, are the foundation of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program. The Yamas, Niyamas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, meditation methods, and mindfulness are all heavily emphasized. In addition to other subjects pertaining to the practice of leading a balanced life, this extensive curriculum covers yoga philosophy based on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, yogic lifestyle and ethics, yogic diet, anatomy and physiology for yoga teachers and practitioners, and more. We approach yoga in an unconventional and transparent manner. We strongly advise you to incorporate your own spiritual experiences, creativity, and intuition into your teaching methods. Our courses don't adhere to any particular religion or set of rules.
You will be prepared to practice by the end of the course. and teach the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, as well as to design your own Vinyasa flow sequences with different themes and teach classes based on this yoga style.
In order to expand your experience and understanding of various yoga traditions and styles, you will also benefit from being exposed to other asana practice styles, such as Yin and restorative yoga, throughout the course.
