How to Book a Cape Air Flight
The Cape Air Website allows users to book Cape Air flights right on their website, which eliminates having to go through a booking service. Tickets are purchased through an online portal that provides Cape Air's detailed description of how to use their website. Once customers have purchased tickets online, they will receive email confirmation with a link for printable Cape Air Tickets and mobile boarding passes. Customers may cancel or change their Cape Flight Reservations 24 hours before departure without charge by contacting Cape Air Contact number at 800-CAPE-AIR (+1-888-801-0869). Please note that once within 72 hours of departure, changes and cancellations will be subject to a $25 fee per ticket as well as any difference in fare plus taxes incurred.

When you arrive at Cape Air's terminal, you'll have a choice of between two different styles of stores: The Aviator Store and Cape Wings. The Aviator Store carries our line of clothing, jewelry, accessories and other travel necessities. Or if you're looking for gifts for friends or family members who enjoy traveling, look no further than Cape Wings, which features a wide selection of t-shirts featuring various aviation designs. For your convenience, both stores are available to customers at ALL times during our operating hours—no need to ask a flight attendant to unlock them while you wait in line for your plane! Also make sure to check out our gift shop located in Terminal C with even more items than we carry in our main terminal store.

Special Considerations For Select Destinations
On select flights to/from Hyannis, MA and New Bedford, MA, Cape Air will allow pets in a carrier that fits under your seat. Pets are only allowed on a total of four (4) of our flights per day. Pets are not permitted on other select destinations listed below. Our pet policy is subject to change at any time without notice and requires pre-approval by an agent if you intend to bring your pet onboard any flight operated by Cape Air or Seaport Airlines Inc.

Do you offer food? Cape Air does not offer complimentary on-board meals but does make a variety of snacks available for purchase. Is Wi-Fi available? Yes, Wi-Fi is offered on select Cape Cod Flights at no additional cost. How many seats are there in each row of seats? Each row consists of 2 seats, with 32 of pitch (distance between one seat and another). Please note that rows 1 and 11 do not have a window seat. Are seats preassigned to passengers or are they assigned when boarding? All seating is preassigned when purchasing tickets. Do you accept pets on your flights?
