Sofia Iudina is a sports ballroom dance teacher, member of the Moscow Dance Union, Russian Dance Union, Ukrainian Dance Union, Judge of the Moscow Dance Union, and International class dancer. Sofia Iudina has been practicing ballroom dancing since the age of seven and is a champion of the Moscow Dance Union, a finalist of the Russian Dance Union Championship, and a winner and prize-winner of world, European, and US championships. Sofia is vice-champion of the California Open Dance Sport Championships in Costa Mesa and champion of City Lights Ball in San Jose; vice-champion in 10 dances at the WDC AL European Championships; one of their main achievements was the championship at the Open to the World Dance Festival WDC Crystal Ball. At the WDC AL Open World Championships in the Netherlands, Sofia earned a bronze medal, confirming her status as a strong competitor in ballroom dancing. Sofia medals include silver at the Dutch Open Championship in the Netherlands, gold at the Kyiv Open Championship, gold at the United States National Ballroom Dance Championships in 10 dances, gold at The American Open Dance Championships in Austin, Texas, and silver at the New York Dance Festival. Sofia has extensive teaching experience. She has worked as an additional education teacher for children and taught ballroom dancing to older adults at the Moscow Longevity Center. Today, Sofia Iudina is an ambassador and instructor at the studio Arthur Murray Marlton.
