I just had a good experience flying with United Airlines out of the JFK Terminal. Friendly staff and a speedy check-in were provided. With few places to sit and eat, the terminal felt a little claustrophobic. Finding a spot to unwind was challenging during peak hours due to the crowds. On the plus side, boarding went without a hitch and my flight was on schedule. In general, it need certain enhancements.
